NATURAL WAY CAPSULE

Inspired by the grain on earth at harvest time, ICICLE puts up its runway in Hanxi Village, Fuliang County. With a field experiment in the form of a fashion show at the “village art museum without rooftop”, ICICLE gives the nature-inspired creation back to nature.

Originating from the love for nature and solicitude towards native soil, ICICLE explores the connection between nature and clothing from multiple perspectives, presenting the collision and fusion of fashion and new village culture at a place where the old meets the new.

Natural color implies higher selections standards of the raw materials. Selected noble natural fabrics with upgraded texture are given a second life through the seemingly zero design, to showcase the aesthetics of blending natural color fibers.

Staying true to the original color of natural fibers, ICICLE injects new potentials into the natural palette and experiments with fresh combinations of colors and textures to create rich and varied looks for the season.

The patented organza inlaying technique gives the soft fabric a structured physique. Just like a village path with many a winding turn, yet then continues as straight as an arrow.

With natural materials and soft silhouettes, ICICLE tells the homecoming stories of those who traveled afar. The hustle and bustle of a busy urban life, the idyllic cruise on tea terraces drenched in mist...all stem from the same earthbound romance.
