4 ROND-POINT DES CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES MARCEL DASSAULT PARIS, FRANCE
On 3 September 2025, ICICLE opened its fourth Paris boutique at 4 Rond-Point des Champs-Élysées, in an iconic 1882 building, marking its commitment to European expansion.

This historic building has hosted legendary fashion houses: in 1924, Jeanne Lanvin established her couture salons here, and in 1945, Carmen de Tommaso founded her ready-to-wear house at 4/6 Rond-Point.
Today, history continues with the Carven boutique at number 6 and the new ICICLE boutique at number 4, creating a natural synergy within a building that also houses the European headquarters of the ICCF Group (Icicle Carven China France), which owns both houses.

Designed by ICICLE's in-house architectural department, the 180 m² boutique pays homage to the philosophy of simplicity, thoughtful use of materials, harmony and timelessness. Everything connects with quiet intelligence — nothing forced, nothing excessive, faithful to a minimalist and environmentally conscious aesthetic.

At the heart of the boutique stands an intricate wooden installation in oak, crafted using the ancient Chinese art of Sǔn Mǎo joinery, a technique dating back over 7,000 years to the Hemudu culture. ICICLE first employed Sǔn Mǎo in its Shanghai Museum store in June 2024, integrating this ancient wisdom into a contemporary space.
Sǔn (the tenon) and Mǎo (the mortise) assemble wood without nails or glue, relying on pure precision and interlocking parts. By reviving this millennia-old technique, ICICLE creates refined, durable fittings that respect natural materials — sustainable, beautiful, and a living metaphor for balance, humility, and respect for nature.
The walls and ceilings are plastered, the floor is polished concrete, and the facade is painted wood. Certain interior walls have been intentionally preserved in their raw state, revealing traces of the history left by previous occupants. This subtle dialogue between memory and contemporary purity gives the space a unique identity.
