ICCF GARDEN
In early summer 2024, after three years of preparation, ICCF opened its first multi-brand flagship complex in the heart of Shanghai’s Hengfu Historic and Cultural Conservation Area. Named ICCF Garden, the space is conceived as a place where human craft, culture, and nature coexist.
Staying true to a vision that honors heritage and innovation, the group has revitalized old courtyards and buildings with careful attention to history and the passage of time. A generous garden and four architectural volumes unfold a spatial meditation on fusion and sustainability.

ICICLE Women’s Store
Housed in a protected 1920s building that has witnessed the area’s cultural evolution, the store was restored through detailed research to recover its original character. Midway through renovation, the team uncovered and relaid the building’s original patterned floor tiles — allowing each brick to bridge past and future.

ICICLE Men’s Store and Cultural Space
This 1990s annex was renovated with a light touch. Clean lines and tall arched windows echo the Paris George V flagship, while its restrained modern language contrasts respectfully with neighboring historic buildings — different yet harmonious.

CARVEN and SILEX Restaurant
Another century-old villa, once home to Captain J. T. Inch, now hosts French fashion house CARVEN and the SILEX restaurant. Windows, frames, and stairways were restored based on archival drawings, reviving the original structure and style while writing a new story for the space.

SILEX Gourmet
At the garden entrance where two streets meet, a near-contemporary building was converted into a café. Nestled amid the tranquil garden and laid-back Hengfu streetscape, it offers a welcoming first encounter for visitors.

The Garden
Across some 2,000 square meters, maximum space was reserved for the open-air garden. Inspired by the flower fields of Southern France, it brings natural poetry into the urban fabric — a shared oasis of beauty.
